There are no special instructions for the Visoflex 14167 adapter.

For Nikon and Sony cameras, unscrew the original bayonet and screw the
special Leitax version for the Telyt 400/6.8

For Pentax and Sigma cameras, use a standard Leitax bayonet.



The Leica Visoflex 14167 adapter was converted to Nikon mount with our Leitax mount special edition.
